Start with the exact product and option
Before adding a product to your cart, confirm its model, size, colour and other available choices. Read the description for compatibility, condition and included accessories. A photo may show one variation of a product rather than every available option. If you are choosing a case or sleeve, check the device details and measurements. Contact Modexa with the product link when information you need is missing.
Review your cart before paying
Check the selected items, options and quantities in your cart. For a personalised product, review your artwork, spelling and product selection as well. Confirm the contact and delivery information entered at checkout, and read the shipping fees and other amounts shown before completing payment. Keep your order confirmation so you can refer to the items and details you submitted if you need help later.
Follow the published shipping information
Use Modexa's shipping policy to review order processing, delivery estimates, tracking and address responsibilities. Processing and shipping describe different parts of an order's journey. Check the information against when you need the item, particularly for a gift or event. Tracking details are emailed once the order ships. Review the current policy and contact support if the status of your order needs clarification.
Check the delivery against your order

You can also email support with your order number and the reason for contacting us.
