Order Processing

Orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment confirmation. Orders placed on weekends or holidays are processed the next business day.

Shipping Times

Some products ship from local inventory, while others are fulfilled by trusted third-party suppliers. Regardless of fulfillment source, Modexa takes full responsibility for your order.

Shipping Costs

Shipping fees are clearly displayed at checkout before payment is completed.

Tracking

Tracking details are emailed once your order ships. Please allow 24–48 hours for tracking updates.

Incorrect Address

Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping details. Modexa is not responsible for delays caused by incorrect addresses.
